Remove need for XPerf installation, replacing all parsing with struct matching. Doesn't yet support the compact context-switching records for CPU usage.

Match assembly info up with other projects.

Added proper support for logging discontinuities; this fixes the process chart and CPU graphs. Disk graph was already working because of the different style of events.

Add XPerf -tle option so processing continues when there are missing events, as happens occasionally.

Rename I/O wait to disk queue length, as that is what it actually is.

Turn disk queue length and throughput into filled charts.

Improve colours of disk throughput charts.

Clean up/improve data types for various things (PIDs, disks, etc.).

Fix handling of processes with only start or only end events.

Clamp process start/end times to chart period.

Add disk queue length and disk throughput to disk charts.

Ensure parent process linking only picks parents running at time child starts, to avoid PID reuse issues.

Add per-process I/O Wait charts and correctly split i/o wait vs. disk service time.

Make the chart colours more vibrant.

Improve accuracy of per-process disk utilisation.

Add per-process CPU and disk graphs.

Add disk graph labels.
