Remove some more unnecessary files.

Add 64bit compilation mode.

Add resource data.

Ignore a load of generated files.

Fix for running eatmydata inside eatmydata.

Remove sleep for debugging.

Add protection from detouring unexpected code - should be much safer now.

Initial dump of code - works enough to inject DLL into process and replace FlushFileBuffers with NOPs.

I wouldn't run it on anything except 32bit processes on Windows 7 64bit yet though. It might completely ruin your data!
