Some modifications to the load and save dialogs for better compatibility

Fixed issue where immediate refill would not work due to pickup object being detected on the tile. Immediate refill will now take place as long as locomotive is beyond 2000 meters from the pickup object.

This is referencing the post "Speed interpretation on Pickups"
