Fix for the updater nuking the OpenRails.ini settings file (if in use).

Further updates for Timetable concept, including improvements in deadlock processing, AI pre-update running and AI control if following train is same block.

Introduction of syntax checks in Timetable file input process.

Timetable selection in Main Menu now enabled.

Bug 1318899 (AI train not starting after station stop) solved.
