Support of 3D digits (download http://www.tsimserver.com/Download/Df11G3DCab.zip), three digit files (clock, speed and speed alert) were included in the AddOn folder that are needed to be copied to CABVIEW3D or global. Also added support of external wiper animation in 3D cab, just need to name parts as EXTERNALWIPERS:0:0, etc.

Adds tunnel information to TrackCircuitSections.
