Added warning to fix bug 1213382 Space before units of measure is dangerous. Units of measure now apply just to parsing floats, not int, uint and double. Added table of units in manual.

Replaced use of UNITS.None by specific measures (e.g. Time) where possible. Fixed bug 1212180 Parameters without units given wrong multiplier.

Rewrite of the place (platform/siding) and car labelling code.

Removes much dead code and cleans up the rest.

Visuals neatened up too - vertical lines are bordered the same as the text, positioning fixed so no more overlapping labels.
