Add CRASH_ON_ERROR define in key places of the code so that if you want easier debugging of errors, just add this to the project's build properties and it'll not catch&display the exception.

Updated launcher to select correct menu, with MenuWPF the current default.

Bound the launcher to .NET 2.0, so any computer with .NET 2.0 (even without any SP) will be able to run the launcher and get a message saying they need 3.5 SP1.

Add simple Task<T> for background loading in the menu.

Use Task<T> for loading routes, activities, paths and consists.

Paths and consists now show pretty names instead of filenames.

PATFile now loads file, start and end strings.
