Improve collection of frame counts and catch multi-run exception when setting thread name.

Created common/shared folder, route and activity enumeration and share it between Menu and RunActivity.

Add RunActivity /testall which scans all folders, routes and activities and tries to load each in turn. Can specify paths on the command-line to override folders file.

Add user setting for controlling the number of rendered frames when profiling.
