Removed mip maps from the shadows, with the cascades I couldn't see any visual difference but other people might?
Changed the 9x9 point sampled blur filter to 5x5 bilinear. It isn't as smooth but does maintain a better definition of the outline of an object without looking too horrible, should be faster too. Can up this to 7x7 or 9x9 if needed while still having better performance.
