Read in and use HeadOut data from engine files.

Don't allow head out views without HeadOut data.

Change first/last car keybinds to Alt+Home/End to remove conflict with head out keybinds.

Add new TextFlow window control that wraps lots of text for you.

Add "tab action" for windows ~~Shift+F<number>~~ to change tab of a window.

Add briefing, timetable and locomotive operating instructions to F1/Help window.

Fixed the lack of resetting state.

Added a color tint, defaults to white currently, and will apply to all particles. Could be made per-particle if required.
