Flag all core processes as DPI aware (System Aware) so that font scaling works at >125% zoom (120 DPI).

Modified preceding release: Adding in file .act in an event description the string ORTSContinue ( nn ) prevents the event window to pause activity execution. The window will disappear after nn seconds.
