Adhesion model experimental options added (adhesion coefficient correction from 10% to 200%, where 130% is MSTS compatible; adhesion random change from 0 to 100%; adhesion coefficient corrected according to the current weather setting (fog density and rain/snow intensity).

Added first version of CircuitBreaker and ElectricPowerSupply classes

Note: With the default TCS script, TCS emergency braking now provokes a circuit breaker opening if EmergencyCutsPower is specified in the monitors.
