Important modification of the Train Control System :

The VigilanceMonitor and the OverspeedMonitor are rewritten for better code maintainability and extensibility
In the Monitor class, the variables are reordered in order to match the usual order of variables in the ENG file.
In the TrainControlSystem.Initialize function, the lines are reordered in order to match the order of the scripting API.
