Multiplayer: a player quit or was disconnected, if he reconnect withing one minute with the same consist, the program will move the player to the last known location (with speed 0).

Restored orignal scaling/font ratio from GeorgeS

Corrected 3DTS .cvf file for 3DTS_SD75M loco, MSTS will substitute for in-accurate values. OR needs accurate values.
