Patch for wagon class to set AuxPowerOn = true after restore.

Correction for restore of Diesel Engines.

If sound files for dieselpower tower (dtower.sms) and water tower (wtower.sms) cannot be found in the route sound directory, the program will attempt to load the files from the MSTS sound directory.

Update for timetable mode.

Correction in calculation for EndOfRoute, error sometimes caused AI trains to stop at incorrect position in last station.

Correction in brake initialization when player train is formed out of AI train.
