• fixed crash on bad shape file.
• removed 'Update()' from ViewerClasses
• made HandleUserInput() active only when user provides input

Ongoing restructuring.

• added capture of trace and debug messages into the log file.
• made Content manager thread safe by moving all calls to RenderProcess thread.
• if the loader is running slow, limit render's frame rates to give loader some GPU time
• consolidated and reorganized time

Changed pan up/down to control up/down to match MSTS behaviour

Also, back at rev 62, fixed memory contention issue in LoaderProcess that was causing lockups.
