SuperElevation: remove gaps between tracks (code will be cleaned). Remove the choice of avoiding tree on track (no longer needed).

Fixed issue reported in Bug Tracker #1133180. Should include all issues involving odd rotation of wheels on rolling stock and locomotives.

Forest: using an inner boundary to avoid planting trees on track. SuperElevation for cars without bogie. No tilting if speed is too low.

Replace Reader.dll's ACEFile with in-house source code version. Performance is very similar.
