Dynatrack.cs: Added facilities for refining the profile replication pitch of curves. Optional criteria are chord length and chord displacement from the arc. In either case, if the criterion is exceeded for the default one degree pitch, then a pitch is computed that exactly meets the criterion.

Added option for selecting method of LOD control in dynamic track profile. The two alternative methods are: (1) ComponentAdditive (previously called Fixed Constructive), which is the default and previous only method and (2) CompleteReplacement (previously called Range Switch). Testing has only been rudimentary with CompleteReplacement awaiting development of some profiles that use this method.

Dynatrack.cs: Removed CutoffRadiusMin and renamed CutoffRadiusMax to CutoffRadius in LODItem class.

Wire.cs: Made adjustments because of the above changes.

Added Wires based on Dynamic Track Code. Modified Dynatrack.cs to add default constructors and made some variables public. Commented out lines in Viewer3D that are related to old implementation of wire. The wire will be drawn if the route is electrified and "Draw Wire" in the menu is checked. Also added a try block in RoadCars.cs to avoid a rare problem (car spawner not defined on road sections).
