Update of 3D Cab to allow using other cvf file, which should be in the same directory (CABVIEW3D) as the .s file, with the same prefix (i.e. if the file is Cab3D.s, the cvf should be Cab3D.cvf).

Working in progress to improve gauges.

Fix a bug for showing digits in 3D cab.

Add command-line flag to updater to force the channel to match the user's selection even if the settings cannot be written to by the menu (e.g. for Program Files installations).

I am submitting a fix for the source of a sound issue that prevented OR from looking in the main sound directory.  V2826 which used this source was fixed in V2836.
