Fix for GearBox stuck when stopping with gear on.

Fix for the fuel consumption in reverse direction.

The first version of GearBox for Diesel locomotives:

• DieselEngine class - allows multiple engines for one locomotive, MSTS compatibile
• GearBox class - connected to the DieselEngine, Manual and Automatic GearBox support
• GearBox Commands added (changed the Dispatcher command Shift+E to Alt+E)

TODO:

• GearBox CabView controls and displays
• Add a torque characteristics of diesel engines (a constant is used for now)

Sound sources of player train are not kept in memory anymore while they are out of scope. Helps in handling of very long trains.

Track speed indicator used in diesel locomotives was not used.  This is now fixed.
