Corrects problem which caused crash when using location based passing paths.

Corrects error in AITrain - UpdateFollowState which caused wrong end index to be used when searching for train ahead.

Corrects error in Train - GetActions where sometimes not all required actions were properly returned.

Also alerter reset is defaulted to PRESSED style when clicked with mouse, like MSTS.

The new shape validations are too strict (e.g. bug #1412096) so I am putting them to all be warnings for now.

Writes warning messages to the log for invalid shapes. Checks for out of range values for points, normals, uv_points, vertices, and matching number of elements among some elements.
