Add new LOD Bias option, replacing option to always use highest detail models. New LOD Bias setting is shown in HUD/DEBUG and adjusted by auto-tuner in line with viewing distance tuning.

Correction for AutoPilot mode : LocationBased passing path selection now properly set, and passing path processing properly setup if required.

Correction for PathBased passing path processing : signals reset if alternative path selected.

Further corrections in search for matching path in LocationBased passing path processing.
