Due to the existing formatting of the Help/Work Orders screen, the file name information that is part of the work order is actually too much.  if long enough, this information would actually cut into the siding location information leaving a work order that is hard to read and not good looking.  The siding information can also be long. I temporarily disabled the file name.  This can be included once a better formatting process is developed.

Rework installation profiles so they're now managed as part of the options, with everything else. This cleans up the main window and also enables easily editing existing content paths.

Allow passenger view to move left/right/forward/backward using arrow keys (rotate with Alt-arrow keys)

3D Cab: gauge type solid works with name to be like AMMETER:1:10:100, indicating this gauge is the second ammeter, width 10mm, max length 100mm. The color and direction/orientation follow those defined in .cvf

3D Cab: 3d digits can now use custom ACE file for the digits, name the part as CLOCK:1:15:CLOCKS, which will draw the second clock with 15mm tall, and CLOCKS.ACE file in CABVIEW3D. If no ace is specified, default will be used.
