Checked GP38 for no vigilance monitor.

MSTSDieselLocomotive - basic engine physics added (Power is based on EngineRPM, what is computed from Variable2)

MSTSElectricLocomotive - added pantograph logic and power-on delay. The throttle does not take effect if power is down. Voltage display got a smoother behavior.

Some Info-display loco-specific information added (to be cleaned up).

Capture Alerter/Reset code. Tested with Acela, Dash 9. Visual only.

Real keyboard Z key needs to be added.

Sound to be added.
