Dummy update to provide for missing comment on version 2630.

Update 2630 :

Watchdog 'pins' added to various loops in start-up process.

Correction for error in timetable processing which sometimes caused engines at run-round moving in wrong direction.

Correction for error in AITrain which prevented trains in timetable mode to go to 'following' state when entering occupied section.

Added WatchdogToken.SpecialDispensationFactor for longer-running work to avoid hang detection triggering prematurely. Set it to 6 for loader (so 60s is the default now) and left as 1 for render, updater and sound processes (so 10s as before which ought to be plenty). A load of documentation on WatchdogToken.SpecialDispensationFactor and WatchdogToken.Ping has been added too.
