Change the ace file used by overhead wire, now it will use .\\content\\overheadwire.ace.

Fixed bug ' Cannot parse the constant number' in activity file.  Activity Speed Restriction X, and Z, position were ints, s/b floats.

Update to read in SectionIdx of route's tsection.dat, and also treat DynaTrax so that wires can be drawn on converted tracks.

WheelSlip reset control added (Ctrl + X) - working for all locos in consist
