Fixed Brake pipe pressure after coupling. When uncoupling the brakepipe pressure of all uncoupled cars is set to -1. Changed to set it to zero when coupling (so brake system works again).

Also removed some duplicate code when handling uncoupling.

Support setting any Viewer3D bool/int setting from the command-line.

Add Profiling and VerticalSync bool settings to Viewer3D.

Add /skip-user-settings command-line argument which avoids loading user's OR config from the registry.
