Tidy up some of the C#-shader joining code.

Optimise shadow rendering with cached non-shadow stencil buffer and optimised Clear() call. Up to 20% faster with shadows.

Optimise scenery shader parameters for fog and headlights.

Fix train headlights to not be infinitely powerful - they work up to 100m now.

Day2Night transition now also fades out shadow effect for better night-time working.

Display graphics adapter name and memory in debug F5 info.

Reduce excessive memory usage by shadow map by requesting preserve contents (share render target and texture memory) and only creating one RT/stencil buffer instead of one per RenderFrame.
