• reorganized to support multiprocessing 4 x processors

  loadprep, load, handleuserinput, update, prepareframe, draw

• render loop to support shadows, transparency, optimization
• materials handling for more flexibility and efficiency
• keyboard handling, basis to support user configurable keys
• changed run to runactivity - affects video card config
• consolidation of rolling stock code into single files

Added optional route override for viewing distance.

Include in .TRK file after Tr_RouteFile section:

_OpenRails(

)

Behaviour is to use this override, or the global setting, whichever is less.

Purpose is to allow route designer to prevent visibility into unmodelled areas of the route.
