Rewritten the way normals are calculated for the Terrain.cs

This is slower than the code from before but it produces near-correct results. There is the option to turn on supersmooth normals, but there are even slower and give only marginally better results.

Put in a little tweak: when more than one locomotives in the consist you may cycle the lead with Ctrl-E

Fixed Brake pipe pressure after coupling. When uncoupling the brakepipe pressure of all uncoupled cars is set to -1. Changed to set it to zero when coupling (so brake system works again).

Also removed some duplicate code when handling uncoupling.
