Fixed narrow gauge tender and locomotive issue and refined code in this area. This area is still a work in progress since who knows what other variations are present in the shape file matrice section.

Added various additional print-outs to DEBUG_CHECKTRAIN and DEBUG_DEADLOCK.

Corrected error in speed control for AI trains in BRAKE mode.

Corrected errors in signal and state processing which occured when train enters section occupied by other Train.

Improved handling of WAIT command in Timetable mode, including proper working for unsignalled routes.

Improved station stop control for Player train in Timetable mode.

Corrected some problems in deadlock processing when location based paths are selected.
