Move profiling code (frame count/time) to GameStateViewer3D from RenderProcess, so that it only counts the frames of the actual game, not of the loading screen.

Trainset direction now coherent with active cab viewing direction.

Inserted acquisition of "HasInsideView".

AdhesionConditions now managed when elapsedClockSeconds = 0.

Corrected trainPreviousPos.RouteListIndex sometimes not updated together with reduction of ValidRoute.
