Update the manual. Consists list for explore mode can be sorted by Engine Name or Consist Name (click the header). Fix bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/or/+bug/1187880 by not animate the main train body.

Fixed bug where coupling sounds came from the end ( or front) of the coupled train, instead of the car where coupling occured.
