Driver Aid practically complete. Some test values are being fed into the window for demonstration only, so the window is not technically correct (yet). Some of the colours of the elements are incorrect, but it's likely aesthetic changes will happens anyways.

Also added is a brake curve helper class used for computing braking curves.

Reduced the size of the Driver Aid window - is now the same width of the Track Monitor.

Implemented distance bar in Driver Aid - awaiting calculation from track network.

Refactored some of the Driver Aid code to support different colours in different modes of "warning".

Added more interlocking code.
