Cars can now be dropped off for the DropOffWagonsAtLocation activity if the activity is not activated by default. Once activated by another event such as the location event, a test will check to see if the required cars are at the correct siding.

Note: It was mentioned in the Satisfying Work Orders post under the Discussion area that MSTS can do this.

New Auxiliary Actions: Waiting Point Management. To use this, please add 'NEW_ACTION' in Compilation Symbols.

It's also possible to add 'WITH_PATH_DEBUG' in order to follow this in the HUD windows
