Enlarged lists vertically and made widths consistent. Everything still fits at 1024x768.

Make route details window taller.

Added option to set start minute in explore mode.

Disabled network-related UI.

Disable "Resume" button when there is no saved game to resume.

Add bool IsPlayerPath property to PATFile to allow menus to filter out non-player paths.

Use IsPlayerPath in menu to filter paths.
