Restored Shift+8 which disappeared when Replay was added.

Also Replay From Start now available even if save file is not valid.

Fix for Bug #1103618 Fatal error loading cab with combined control.

Also factored try..catch in _Main.cs and added a polite message to users for fatal errors.

Change menu sizing from DPI to Font, to enable the case where people have large system fonts instead of high DPI.

ControlBox=false breaks the resizing too, so remove that.

Remove icons from non-resizable, non-minimisable, nom-maximizable dialogs.
