Shuffle some updating code around specifically to fix the simulation stepping forward by the loading time (i.e. activity starting at 13:00:00 ends up starting at 13:00:15 because it took 15s to load) and simplify the minimised handling.

Flatten the ClearType down to per-pixel anti-aliasing because we can't get good enough results without a slow multi-pass rendering with lots of SpriteBatch (dynamic vertex buffer) flushes.

Introduced skeleton of "Route-Editing Sandbox," the purpose of which is to enable experimentation without disrupting normal operation.  Added a RouteEdit folder and RESandbox.cs to RunActivity.  See hook additions (identified by "WaltN") in Simulator.cs and Train.cs.  In Simulator.cs, #define RE_ENABLED must be uncommented for changes and adds to be effective.  I will present an overview on this subject in Progress Reports.
