Add bool IsPlayerPath property to PATFile to allow menus to filter out non-player paths.

Use IsPlayerPath in menu to filter paths.

MenuWPF - bug corrections:

Engine Info Window background image would not reset to default.
Some paths were not recognized (problem of SQL quotation mark)
Some consists were not recognized (space at the end of the filename)
