Support setting any Viewer3D bool/int setting from the command-line.

Add Profiling and VerticalSync bool settings to Viewer3D.

Add /skip-user-settings command-line argument which avoids loading user's OR config from the registry.

Capture and report errors in background processes (loader, updater) as we do in foreground (render).

Add custom TraceListener which formats Exceptions just like TraceError. Use Trace.WriteLine(error) to trigger.

Fix SkyMaterial.GetBlending to be false.
