A more robust patch for sound add-in wagons than of r1687. Cue point handling adjustment. Disabled OneShot sound queueing while the previous instance is still playing, except if this was explicitly requested in sms.

With the help from Peter, wagons/engines used for the invisible train radio is now in use. The train radio itself is working. Please test with any version of the Inviso wagon or engine for any other issues and post under the Open Rails forum.
