Fix for particles flickering when camera is technically in one tile but is using another's TileX/Z (e.g. camera #2 or #3 with train car in one tile, camera location in another). Basically threading issue with camera's TileX/Z data.

Move code of displaying train car names and siding names to the rendering process: added a new material for displaying activity information (like train car names, etc), as well as new primitive to handle each individual information.

Improved display of car numbers and siding names: texts are aligned vertically so they do not overlap. Added a new font in the material which is medium size (14 pt).

Preliminary implementation of showing siding names (F6) and train car numbers for player train and loose consist (F7). Added LinePrimitive and material for drawing 2D lines in general. Added SidingObj etc to read Sidings from W files and store them into sidings list. Added train height, also CarID to display.

Future improvement: adjust the placement of numbers and names so they show nicely, instead of overlapping.
