Correction in CVFFile.cs for crashes while reading cabfiles (Bug 110586).

Various corrections in signalling and related files for reported problems.

Corrections in MSTSLocomotive.cs and MSTSDieselLocomotive.cs to get wheels of AI trains moving.

Restored Shift+8 which disappeared when Replay was added.

Also Replay From Start now available even if save file is not valid.

Change menu sizing from DPI to Font, to enable the case where people have large system fonts instead of high DPI.

ControlBox=false breaks the resizing too, so remove that.

Remove icons from non-resizable, non-minimisable, nom-maximizable dialogs.
