Fix some collateral damage from semaphore signals - non-semaphore signals with non-identify matrices got reset to identify matrices.

Shuffle some updating code around specifically to fix the simulation stepping forward by the loading time (i.e. activity starting at 13:00:00 ends up starting at 13:00:15 because it took 15s to load) and simplify the minimised handling.

Flatten the ClearType down to per-pixel anti-aliasing because we can't get good enough results without a slow multi-pass rendering with lots of SpriteBatch (dynamic vertex buffer) flushes.
