Visual keyboard map added to F1/Help.

Alt-F1 now dumps command list to "keyboard.txt".

Alt-F1 also dumps image of keyboard map to "keyboard.png".

Reversed order of LODs in Dynatrack profile.  Order is now ascending by CutoffRadius (same as MSTS shapes).

Add new code to handle the raise/down of pantographs: P controls the aft pantograph, shift-P controls the front pantograph. Moved code related to pantograph to MSTSWagon.cs.
