Reduced clearing distance for short trains (activity mode only).

Removed problem sometimes causing AI SPADs in preupdate when red signal follows a speedpost increasing speed (activity mode).

Rearrange locomotive axle speed calculation, so that wheels of cold-pulled locomotives and cabcars are rotating correctly

Various improvements and corrections for timetable mode including :

• improvement of 'forms' actions if formed train is player train;
• correction of consist processing.

Also some general corrections :

• change on sequence on restore preventing the occasional problem of AI train going SPAD immediately on restore;
• correction of error in track occupation release when switching from manual mode back to auto mode.

Pop up window for end of activity made clearer; it appears after last station stop only if related action event present in activity (as in MSTS).
