General error message improvement: all dialogs should now be labelled as "Open Rails" and non-menu dialogs should include the version number too. Also updated the RunActivity error when no arguments are passed.

Fix debugging issue accidentally added in X1919.

Bug 1265278 - supress ThreadAbortException during loading.

Also improve loading bar - it now has an indeterminate state for first load and when loading time changes significantly.

Correction in path creation (Train.cs) when last section is only section in path.

Correction in RequestClearSignal (Signal.cs) when train tries to enable signal already enabled by other train - both trains will reset to Node control to check on route upto signal.
