Update to correct Rev. 1928, exhaust not working in trailing copied units that caused sound problems. Also added two new parameters for accel and decel change in exhaust volume for future use.

Corrected errors in MSTSDieselLocomotive.cs that resulted in errors in trailing units that were copied from the lead unit, so that exhaust appears correctly. Corrected error in DieselEngine.cs that caused exhaust and idle rpm to oscillate.
