Remove "slow" flags for updater and loader; look for high percentages instead.

Smooth the process times more (and the same as FPS is smoothed).

Removed some redundant information from F5 (lat/lon, bearing).

Added units to more F5 data and cleaned it up.

Added experimental shadow to F5 text.

Update F5 and popup window data every 0.1s, faster than before.

A few more fixes for v395.

Removes the assertion allowing for files that have additional closing braces to run in DEBUG mode.

Fixed the problem with the tree function that stopped ENG files from loading properly.
