New experimental "Use model instancing" option which uses hardware instancing to reduce draw calls on repetative scenes. The option only works when "Always use highest detail objects" is selected (for now).

Also add "Vertical sync" option to video tab.

Applied fix by CSantucci for "Passenger camera now respects initial direction" which didn't always.

Possible fix for occasional update error with localised versions.

Also fix for & in menu details pane titles being treated as a mnemonic.
